لأقتراب حلول شهر رمضان : طريقة تخزين البسلة و مدة حفظها في الفريزر

بمناسبة إقتراب شهر رمضان حيث تسعى أغلب الأسر المصرية إلى تجهيز الأكلات و العصائر و حفظها بأمان فى

الفريزر لسهولة إستخدامها فى شهر رمضان الكريم لذلك نقدم لكم طريقة تخزين البسلة بسهولة و التى تعتبر

من الخضروات المفضلة لدى الكثير .

الكمية المطلوبة 

_ 5 كيلو بسلة مفصصة 

_ كيلو وربع جزر مكعبات 

_ 2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر 

طريقة التخزين

_ في حلة مملؤة ماء بتغلي علي النار نضع السكر ثم الجزر و يترك يغلي غلوتين .

_ تضاف البسلة تغلي غلوتين أو لمدة 5 دقائق فقط حتى يتغير لونها للون الأخضر الزاهي .

_ تصفي البسلة بالجزر و توضع في ماء مثلج حتى نوقف عملية الطهو . 

_ تصفي جيداً و تقسم في أكياس ثلاجة على حسب الاحتياج و تغلق جيداً و تحفظ في الفريزر لمدة من 4 إلي

6 شهور .

_ تطبخ مجمدة دون إذابة توضع في الصلصة للطبخ أو تذاب لاستخدامها في الحشوات المختلفة .
